Staff leasing

In staff leasing, we provide our client companies with skilled employees when and for as long as needed.

The employees enter into an employment relationship with us, whereas the actual work is done at the client company. We take care of all employer obligations, such as payroll, taxation, insurance, and occupational health care. This allows the client company to focus on their core business while making use of our expert staff.

We offer staff leasing services in approximately 20 different sectors and are continuously expanding. Our services can be tailored to the customer’s needs, whether they’re looking for seasonal, long-term or replacement staff. Our service is personalised and customer-oriented. Despite using AI in certain processes, we believe our customers and employees deserve a personalised service that takes their specific needs into account. Working with us is easy, fun and, above all, people-oriented.

We offer a flexible staff leasing process that allows the client to participate in different stages, such as interviews. You can be sure to find employees who meet your requirements and who are ready to support your business objectives. The final decision on whether an applicant is suitable for a role is always made by the client company.

Our employees thrive best at our clients’ workplaces

For us, staff leasing is much more than simply matching the right professional with the right client. It’s an ongoing collaboration where we create the best possible conditions for meaningful work, growth and commitment.

The small everyday actions, such as successful onboarding, a well-functioning work community, and open communication, build a sense that this is a place where people enjoy working and can succeed. Our goal in every collaboration is to ensure these experiences are visible at every workplace where our employees work.

When employees feel good at work, it leads to:

  • Better performance
  • Lower turnover
  • Higher efficiency and productivity

Engagement and motivation are most successful when achieved together!

Employee Satisfaction Survey: Using Insights to Build a Better Everyday Work Life

To genuinely develop our operations based on real data, we’ve launched an employee satisfaction survey that measures two perspectives:

  • Wulff Works as an employer: How well do we support the wellbeing of our employees?
  • Client companies: How do our employees experience their daily work?

The results enable us to produce workplace- and industry-specific insights into how our employees feel about their jobs. By reviewing the survey responses for each workplace, we aim to identify everyday successes and address potential challenges more effectively. Monitoring and improving job satisfaction is also a concrete way for us to take social responsibility—we ensure that wellbeing and enjoyment at work are realized in every workplace.

We share the results with both our employees and our clients so that together we can enhance job satisfaction and strengthen our cooperation. In the What’s New? section, we publish articles about the survey process, findings and the improvement actions taken based on the results.

How does staff leasing pricing work?

The cost of staffing services is usually based on an agreed pricing model. The most common options are a fixed hourly rate or multiplier-based pricing. The final price is affected by factors such as the employee’s skills, job responsibilities, working hours, possible shift allowances, and the applicable collective agreement. The pricing model is always agreed separately in the cooperation agreement between us and the client company, so the examples below are intended only to illustrate different pricing methods.

Multiplier-Based Pricing

In the multiplier model, an agreed multiplier is added to the employee’s hourly wage. This multiplier covers costs such as recruiting, statutory employer expenses, employment administration, and occupational healthcare.

Example:
The employee’s hourly wage is 12 €/hour and the agreed multiplier is 1.78.

12 €/hour × 1.78 = 21.36 €/hour (+ VAT)

If the employee works 160 hours during the month, the invoicing amount is:

160 h × 21.36 €/hour = 3,417.60 € (+ VAT)

Possible allowances and other salary-related costs in accordance with the applicable collective agreement may be invoiced using a separate multiplier.

Fixed Hourly Rate

In fixed hourly pricing, one clear billing rate is agreed for the employee, and only the actual worked hours are invoiced. The client therefore pays only for the hours the employee actually works.

Example:
The agreed billing rate for the employee is 30 €/hour.
If the employee works 160 hours during the month, the invoicing amount is:

160 h × 30 €/hour = 4,800 € (+ VAT)

This model is easy and predictable for companies, as the hourly rate remains the same during regular working hours.

Which pricing model should you choose?

A fixed hourly rate is often the best option when a company wants a simple and easily budgeted solution. Multiplier-based pricing, on the other hand, provides a transparent model where costs directly follow the employee’s wages and collective agreement-based allowances. A well-planned staffing solution helps companies keep resources flexible and costs under control.
