For the customer, the solution is clear and risks are controlled.

Who ensures the employee’s right to work?

We check and document the employee’s right to work in Finland before employment begins. We also take care of statutory notification obligations and store the required information appropriately.

What obligations remain with the customer?

When Wulff Works acts as the employer, we are responsible for the statutory obligations related to the employment relationship. The customer remains responsible for a safe working environment and day-to-day supervision, just as with domestic temporary agency workers. We make sure the overall model works smoothly.

Who arranges accommodation and practical matters?

Wulff Works can take care of, when needed: arranging accommodation coordinating arrival in Finland orientation to Finnish working life official visits and practical matters The goal is a smooth start and a committed employee. Well-managed everyday life is reflected in work performance.
