I build international markets and partnerships that support the growth of Finnish companies. At Wulff Works, I am responsible for the strategy of international recruitment, the development of our partner network, and operational execution.

I have more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry in various roles as an entrepreneur, consultant, salesperson, and leader. That experience has taught me that sustainable solutions are built on openness, collaboration, and the courage to create something new.

Our international team works in close cooperation with Wulff Works’ regional business units. Our goal is to secure access to workforce in a controlled and responsible way. We want to build long-term international solutions that support our customers’ growth throughout Finland.
