Our employees thrive best at our clients’ workplaces

For us, staff leasing is much more than matching the right professional with the right client. It’s an ongoing partnership where we create the best possible conditions for meaningful work, growth and commitment.

The small things in everyday life, like good onboarding, a functional work community and fair interaction, build the feeling that this is a place where I belong. We don’t want this promise to remain just words; we want to make it visible in practice. That’s why we’ve launched our own survey, whose responses are reviewed workplace by workplace—allowing us to develop everyday work both at our client companies and at Wulff Works as an employer.

Our goal: a satisfied employee

For us, caring about our employees is not just a promise, it’s a daily way of working.

  • Personal connection. We are genuinely close to our employees. We invest in every interactionfrom the recruitment process to day-to-day working life. We stay in touch, ask how things are going and respond when something feels uncertain. We truly want to know how you’re doing.
  • Caring. We don’t do our work out of obligation, but out of a desire to help and support. Caring means taking the time when you need help and celebrating with you when you succeed. When you thrive at work, we succeed together.

Caring for our employees is at the heart of our culture. It’s reflected in small actions, daily choices, and in the way everyone is genuinely seen and heard.

Employee satisfaction survey: using insights to create a better everyday work life

To develop our operations genuinely based on data, we have launched an employee satisfaction survey that measures two perspectives:

  • Wulff Works as an employer: How well do we support the wellbeing of our employees?
  • Client companies: How do our employees experience their everyday work?

The results help us generate workplace- and industry-specific insights into how our employees feel about their work. By reviewing the responses for each workplace, we aim to identify everyday successes and address any challenges that may arise.

We share the results with both our employees and our clients, so we can develop job satisfaction and strengthen cooperation together. In the What’s New? section, we publish articles about the survey implementation, results and the development actions taken as a result.

Tips for your first day in a new job

The first day in a new job can be nerve-wracking. But with good preparation, you can start your new career smoothly and with confidence. Read our tips below and use the checklist to make sure you get off to a good start!

  1. Before your first working day
    • Check your work contract and orientation information. Make sure you know your working hours, the location of the job and other practical information.
    • Ensure you know what to bring with you. Do you need ID, safety equipment or workwear? If you’re in doubt, please ask your contact person.
    • Find the best route. Make sure you know where the workplace is located and allow enough time for commuting.
    • Download the Wulff Works app. If you encounter any issues, please let your contact person know.
  2. On your first day at work
    • Arrive on time. It’s better to be a little early than late. This helps you give a good first impression!
    • Sign in with the right person. Find out who you need to report to when you arrive at work.
    • Listen and ask. The orientation is an important part of your working day. If in doubt, feel free to ask.
    • Get to know your colleagues. A tight working community makes work more enjoyable. By introducing yourself in an active manner, you give a good impression of yourself.
  3. During the first few weeks
    • Keep in touch with your Wulff Works contact person. If something is on your mind, you can always ask for advice.
    • Provide us feedback on the orientation. If something was unclear, let us know. It helps both you and future employees.

Remember! Learning a new job takes time, and no one expects you to know everything straight away. Stay positive and ask for help when needed! Everyone has started from where you are now.
