In staff leasing, the employee enters into an employment relationship with us but works at the client company. In recruitment, a direct employment contract is formed between the client company and the employee. Staff leasing is a flexible solution that gives client companies access to expert employees on-demand without having to worry about HR duties. This allows companies to focus on their core business. This solution is also a safe choice for the employee. Our professional team knows how to support employees in different working-life situations.
The final selection of employees is always done together with the employer company. However, the client company can also choose to take part in the interviews if they wish. Our responsibility is to pre-select and present to the client company applicants that best meet their needs. The final selection of employees is up to the client company.
Staff leasing is a good solution when a company is looking for a partner to support them in recruitment. The reason behind this can be a seasonal or temporary need for a work force to cover, for example, peak periods or parental leave, or for other short-term needs. Another great reason to choose staff leasing is that it allows you to outsource your company’s HR tasks to competent professionals, even when a short-term work force is not needed.
Staff leasing is priced on a case-by-case basis according to the customer’s needs. The price depends on the particular skills required for the job, as well as the difficulty of recruitment. Our experts can help determine the best solution and offer a tailored price that meets the customer’s specific needs.

Suitability assessments provide an objective, research-based perspective on a person’s suitability for a role and work environment. They bring accuracy to the recruitment process and help individual employees to develop their skills.
Assessments are useful for both the recruiter and the person being recruited. The recruiter gains valuable information about the job applicant, whereas the candidate can use the assessment to consider and develop their strengths. Suitability assessments also provide valuable information for people already working in the organisation, supporting decision-making, management and personnel development.
The duration of the assessment varies depending on the included sections. Typically, it takes 30–60 minutes to complete.
