Our brand-new restaurant TAR just opened its doors on the beautiful Tervasaari island in Helsinki – and now we’re looking for a sharp and speedy Prep Chef (aka Mis en Place Boss) to keep our kitchen prepped and primed for action.
This gig is all about the mise:
You’ll be slicing, dicing, organizing, and making sure our chefs can shine during service. It’s hands-on, behind-the-scenes magic – and trust us, it’s essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can handle a knife like a pro (no fingers lost, please)
- Follows recipes with ninja-level precision
- Works fast, clean, and smart – no chaos allowed
- Loves calm mornings and getting stuff done early
- Has previous kitchen experience + a hygiene passport
- Can speak English – bonus points if you speak “kitchen” fluently
